Patrick has received special training in working with sick children in hospital and special needs children. He works as a clown doctor for the internationally renowned Theodora Children’s Trust. They train and provide clowns who work in hospitals with the aim of bringing fun and laughter to sick children.

As Doctor Strumalong Patrick visits Great Ormond Street and Addenbrookes hospitals every week and The National Centre For Young People With Epilepsy every month. He is also responsible for the training of new clown doctors.
