Patrick has received special training in working with sick children in hospital and special needs children. He worked for many years as a clown doctor at great Ormond Street and Addenbrookes Hospitals.

Patrick now works with his colleague Annie Aris for The Laughter Specialists Charitable Trust at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford and at Edith Borthwick special school in Braintree as well as at many other centres.
